First, performance and usage

This agent is applicable for dispersing all kinds of organic pigments, carbon black in water-based paint and ink. It has good popularities, which not only with good dispersability, but also good emulsification and wetting effect. Paint film made from this color paste is plat and bright.

Appearance: colorless viscous liquid

Solid content: 40%±2

Viscosity (No.4 cup): 15-50S

Solubility: mix with water infinitely

 

Third, main performance

Excellent emulsification dispersion, electrolyte-resistance, anti-static and wetting for emulsion polymerization

Excellent antistatic ability and unique anionic antistatic agent

Strong acid resistance, caustic resistance, sodium hypochlorite resistance, electrolyte resistance, hard water resistance in water-based formulation system, stability with variable temperatures.

It has excellent wetting ability whether under strong acid or caustic condition.

As an excellent emulsifier, it is used in certain unsaturated compound (acrylate, acrylonitrile, butadiene, styrene, chloroethylene) for polymerization and copolymerization. High-density and high-stability emulsion dispersion can be obtained with only little amount (0.2%-3.0%).

It can also be used as emulsifier for nature latex, synthetic latex, plastic dispersion (ex. acrylate emulsion). It is best for producing high content (45-50%) acrylate emulsion, which is not only applicable for continuous processing emulsion polymerization, but for gap processing emulsion polymerization, to make emulsion articles comparably tiny and even, emulsion and latex system stable.  

 

Fourth, instructions

Add this agent in pigments, fillers dispersion period, generally first soluble it in the water, stir and then add to the pigments and fillers.

Additive amount is 1%-5% of organic pigments.

 

Fifth, Storage

Transportation temperature is 5-30℃. It should be prevent from strong sunlight or freezing.
