I. Basic Performance
Defoamer LD-5703 is a modified micro-differentiated polyamide wax. Its main function is to reduce the surface tension of the film and the melting viscosity of powder coatings. It can be used in various formulation systems of powder coatings, for defoaming of casting substrates, especially for HAA system, and can reach 150 um without pinholes.
II. Usage and dosage
The dosage of defoamer is 0.5-1.2% of the total weight of the formula.
The defoamer is mixed with other components through a high-speed mixer and evenly extruded through an extruder.
III. Packaging and Storage Conditions
Kraft paper bags in polyethylene villages are packed, each bag weighing 20 kg or 25 kg net.
Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. Close immediately after use. Avoid contact with other chemicals and keep away from fire sources.
Based on our experience, this product is valid for at least 2 years at storage temperature less than 32 C.
IV. Security
This product is non-irritating and avoids contact with skin and eyes. Protective measures should be worn during operation.
V. Major Matters
Before formal use, customers should make necessary tests to determine the applicability and validity of specific formulations.
It is strictly forbidden to use this product directly in food and medicine.
