I. Overview
LD-5607 sponge agent, also known as water marking agent, is a metal-organic complex with strong curing accelerator effect. It is mainly used in the production of sponge powder, can also be used for the extinction of powder coatings, can also be used to prepare sand, wrinkles, tortoise lines and other types of fine art powder coatings.

Melting range: 192-197 C
Solid content: > 98.5%
III. Scope of application
It can be used to produce cotton flour, sand grain, wrinkle, tortoise grain and other fine arts powder, or powder extinction.
IV. Usage and Characteristics
1. Internal extrusion in mixed and pure polyester system can produce wrinkle and sand marks.
2. LD-5607 cotton sponge agent can also be mixed out, the amount of external mixing is less than that of internal extrusion, and the cotton grain produced is more rough.
3. Long-term excessive inhalation of this product dust will produce discomfort similar to "cold" symptoms, which can cause sore throat and even a small amount of nosebleeds in severe cases. If it splashes into the eyes, it should be immediately washed with a large amount of water for 15 minutes, then the symptoms will disappear within a week.
V. Packaging and Storage
This product is packed in 25 kg kraft paper bag (polyethylene lining). Store in a cool and dry place, away from fire and heat sources.
