Self-formation Type Orange-peel Paint Additive LD-82    Hammer Finish Additive LD-80

 

First, introduction of self-formation type orange-peel paint additive LD-82

It can be used for polyurethane, amino, acrylic acid and alkyd series. When paint mixing is completed as per normal tinting, there will be about 10% solid added and the viscosity is improved. Use quick drying solvents (benzene, methylbenzene, ethyl acetate, butyl and acetone). It depends on temperature change and customers’ requirements. Then add 0.1%-0.5% the product and mix well, try to spray template, the pattern size can be adjusted by additive. Adding more additives, the pattern will be smaller. Adding fewer additives, the pattern will be bigger.

 

Second, introduction of hammer finish additive LD-80

It is suitable for Polyurethane, amino, acrylic and alkyd series, the viscosity of resin needs to be bigger and the solid content is 5% higher (use fast drying solvent depending on temperature adjustment). After matching the color, add 0.1%-0.5% of the product and stir at a low speed (500 rotate/minute), try to spray on the template, the pattern size can be adjusted by additives (refer to orange-peel paint additive introduction).

 

Third, attentions

1. Refer to paint’s fire protection, storage and transportation;

2. Use special tools like cylinder used to adjust paint, mixing machinery or clean completely (as the additive can pollute other products);

3. After being stored for some period, the effect of the additive may become lower and the pattern may turn bigger or uneven. Just add some more additives and the above problem will be resolved;

4. LD-82 and LD-80 can’t be used together or replace each other.
