1. Overview
This product is a phosphoric acid modified substitute in the domestic market, with light color, stability, low viscosity and better dispersion. It is not only suitable for plastics, but also for coatings and rubber. It is a surfactant for pigments and fillers and has excellent dispersion effect.

3. Dosage
For the total amount of pigments or fillers 0.5-3.0%, the recommended dosage is 1.0-1.5%. The best dosage should be determined by experiment.
4. Scope of application
Light and heavy calcium carbonate, clay, wollastonite, aluminium hydroxide and other fillers and titanium white, iron red and other pigments;
Polyolefin systems (PP, PE, PVC, PS, etc.);
Natural and synthetic colloid systems, alkyd and acrylic acid systems.
5. Characteristics
It can increase the amount of filler in resin and rubber processing.
It is remarkable for dispersing and anti-sinking of coatings.
Pigments are easy to grind and bright in color.
It can be used for light and white products.
6.Usage
The liquid paraffin used in plastics industry is more than 1:1. This product is sprayed with filler in high-speed kneader, stirred for 5-15 minutes (depending on the effect), and then put into resin and other additives according to the original process.
Rubber is a kind of filler which is diluted with 200 # solvent oil or engine oil (> 1:1) and sprayed in high-speed agitation. After several minutes of agitation (depending on the effect of time, discharging the material for reserve, attention should be paid to heat dissipation, so as not to deteriorate the filler by heat.
Pigments and coatings are diluted with 200 # solvent or isopropanol (> 1:1), sprayed in the pigments before grinding, and then processed according to the original process after grinding.

This product is not in contact with water. It is valid for two years at room temperature (from the date of leaving the factory).
