Summary
LD-6409 can deflocculate the pigments through steric hindrance. Because of the small size of the flocculating pigment particles, high gloss can be obtained. In addition, transparency and covering power are increased. These products reduce viscosity, thereby improving leveling and increasing the content of pigments.

Advantages and characteristics
LD-6409 is a kind of stable pigment concentrate slurry which is specially used to produce non-floating, blooming general industrial waterborne paint system without resin. For optimum performance, only pigments, LD-6409 and water (without resin, amine and cosolvent) are recommended for grinding. It is suitable for all kinds of waterborne coatings.
Processing method and dosage
Before adding the pigments, the additives are mixed with water evenly. Pigments must be added after the additives are fully dispersed.
For inorganic pigments, the total percentage is 5-30%, for titanium dioxide, 10-12%, for organic pigments, 30-75% and for carbon black, 30-130%.
Storage Conditions and Packaging
The products are packed in 25KG or 50KG plastic drums. Please seal them immediately before they are used up. Layering and turbidity may occur when the temperature is lower than 0 C. Before use, it is heated to 20 C and fully mixed.
