Ld-1132 is mainly used to disperse organic pigment and carbon black in solvent based coatings. The specific anchor group and special unfolding chain can make the pigment quickly wet in the organic solvent medium and firmly adsorb on the pigment surface to form a protective layer to prevent the re aggregation of the dispersed pigment particles. Thus, the viscosity of the dispersion system is significantly reduced and the grinding time is greatly shortened. The obtained pigment dispersion paste has high pigment content, high coloring power, high gloss, excellent anti flocculation stability and dispersion stability.
Ld-1132 is mainly used for dispersing phthalocyanine blue and phthalocyanine green in 1K and 2K hydroxypropyl resin original paint and repair paint for automobiles. It can obtain moderate transparency, dilute with aluminum paste and bright color. In the original paint, the dispersed matt powder and pearlescent pigment also have excellent effect. Dispersing high pigment carbon black in PE repair paint system can obtain high blackness repair paint.
Ld-1132 is mainly used for dispersing high pigment carbon black and phthalocyanine blue-green in PE coil coatings and industrial paints. The best results can be obtained.
