Third, Characteristics and uses

This product has a certain branching structure, and its steric hindrance ability is improved, which makes its anti settling performance outstanding; at the same time, it has a strong pigment like adsorption group, which makes it maintain the super stability of pigment dispersion state, prevent flocculation, maintain the stability of color and viscosity, as well as the stability and optimization of paint mixing performance.

It has excellent fresh reflection, low foaming and viscosity reducing properties. It is especially suitable for the wetting and dispersion of titanium dioxide, iron oxide series and calcium carbonate pigments. The block structure has excellent osmotic wettability and good compatibility with acrylic acid, propylbenzene, polyurethane and other systems.

Titanium dioxide, carbon black and inorganic pigments have excellent wetting and dispersing properties and are not easy to bubble.

It can prevent pigment flocculation and blooming, and improve the color development of coatings. It is also suitable for exterior wall coatings with higher requirements.

Fifth, Addition and usage

It is suggested that the coating system should be: 1. Titanium dioxide: 5% - 10%, iron oxide series: 10% - 20%, organic: 10-20%, carbon black: 30-100%.

It can be directly dispersed in aqueous medium, and then added pigment for grinding.

Before use, please test the best addition amount. The above recommended addition amount depends on the physical properties of the pigment.

Packaging, storage and transportation

This product contains some solvents. Please be careful to avoid contact with skin and eyes. Please refer to the material safety data sheet for other data.

Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Keep the container sealed from open fire. The recommended storage environment is 0-40 ℃.
