Solubility: It dissolves in solvent like isopropyl atcohol、methylbenzene and mineral oil.

1. It is suitable for polyethylene、polypropylene、polyvinyl chloride、   polystyrene、epoxy resin and ammonia resin;

2. It is suitable for dry pigment/filler like calcium carbonate、talcum powder、titanium dioxide、carbon black and ferric oxide.

1. Lower filled polymer system’s viscosity obviously and increase filler amount

2. Improve product’s surface luster and stability

3. Improve product’s impact resistance and elongation.

Sixth, Usage and Consumption

Diluting the product with mineral oil, spray to filler in the high-speed kneader. Mix for about 15 minutes, then input resin and other materials as per original process. Generally 

the consumption is 0.5-3.0% of pigment/filler, the recommended volume is 1.0%. The optimal dosage depends on test.

Storage with seal at normal temperature

Valid date is one year

There will be crystallization and layering phenomenon when the weather is cold. Heat it to 50℃ then it will dissolve 

and the effect is the same as before.
