Third,Effects and method

Dispersant Ld-1654 is mainly used for dispersing organic pigments and carbon black in medium and high polar solvent systems (alcohol and ester systems) inks and paints. The specific anchor group and special unfolding chain can quickly wet the pigment in the organic solvent medium and firmly adsorb it on the pigment surface to form a protective layer to prevent the re aggregation of dispersed pigment particles. Thus, the viscosity of the dispersion system is significantly reduced and the grinding time is greatly shortened. The obtained pigment dispersion (grinding liquid) has high pigment content, high coloration, high gloss, excellent anti flocculation stability and dispersion stability. Because the coloring strength of pigment can be increased by more than 20% (the coloring strength of carbon black can be increased by more than 70%), the grinding energy consumption can be reduced by 30% and the production efficiency can be doubled, the production cost of ink or paint can be reduced. And make the film of ink or paint smoother, higher gloss and clearer appearance.

 

Forth, consumption

5% ~ 15% of the amount of organic pigment and 8% ~ 15% of the amount of carbon black. It is added in the grinding process.
