Viscosity η(30℃):≥200Pa.S

Decomposition temperature: ≥240℃

Dissolubility : dissoluble in solvents like isopropanol、toluene、mineral oil

Third, main applications

It is suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, polystyrene and all thermosetting resins.

It has good stability to water and can apply to pigments and fillers of high water content like talcum powder、clay、silica(white carbon black)、husk、ferrite.

Fourth, application effects 

It has modification effects in plastic products and can increase the filling amount and processing condition.

Fifth, usage and dosage

Dilute LD-126 with mineral oil at the ratio of 1:1, then spray on fillers in high-speed mixer, stir for 

5-15 minutes, and finally carry out as the original process after adding resins and other components.

General dosage is 0.5-3.0% of pigments and fillers and the recommended dosage is 1.0%, 

of course the best dosage is determined by experiments.
