First，Components

Second, Product Information

Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid

Decomposition Temperature: ≥300℃

Solid Content:≥ 45%             PH (2% water solution): 4.2-4.5

Metal Content: 4.5-5%            Relative Density: 0.93-0.97g/cm³

Solubility: Dissolve in organic solvent like ethanol and isopropyl alcohol, some parts of types dissolve in water 

or form stable emulsion with water. 

Third, Main Functions

1. The product has excellent hydroxyl stability and hydrolytic stability. It has strong modification effect to inorganic material interface. 

It can conduct dry or wet surface-modification to materials;

2. It can improve filler dispersion greatly and lower filler application system viscosity obviously. It also improves binding force 

between filler and base materials, add composites strength;

3. It is suitable for treating materials which contains hydroxyl: silica、talc、argil、aluminum hydroxide、metal and its oxide; 

It is also effective to dispersion of carbon black、titanium dioxide、calcium carbonate and wood powder.

Fourth, Types and Application Scope

LD-139-1 Polyurethane、Polyolefin Resin、Alkyd Coatings、Engineering Plastics、frp products、Paper Coating

LD-139-2 Waterborne Coating、Powder wetting method grinding and dispersing, wood plastic products, titanium dioxide、white carbon black、argil、aluminum hydroxide

LD-139-3 is suitable for epoxy resin and amino resin material system.

LD-139-4 PVC、Polyolefin、organic coating system, processible calcium carbonate、wooden powder、metal powder and talc.

LD-139-5 is suitable for synthetic rubber like butyl、butylbenzene、polychloroprene and ethylene propylene diene methylene, especially suitable for carbon black dispersion.

LD-139-6 is suitable for engineering plastics like unsaturated polyester、polybutadiene、polyurethane and nylon. It is also suitable for water-resistance material and organic coating.

Fifth, Usage and Consumption

1. Adding the product directly, or add it after dilution with ethanol/water, it is more easy to disperse;

2. Used at normal temperature. Drying or wetting method are all available. Reference consumption is 

0.2-1.5%, specific volume depends on test;

3. Adding other organic synergist for composite treatment, so it can enhance filler organic hydrophobic property

Sixth, Packing

Inner packing is 5kg/plastic drum, exterior packing is multi corrugated carton.

20kg/drum or as per customer requirement

Seventh, Attention

1. Storage with seal and keep the solvent from volatilization

2. You can use it by diluting ethanol、isopropanol and water.
