Fourth, technical properties
It has excellent chemical modification functions for the surface of inorganic fillers (calcium carbonate、barium sulfate、talc、aluminum hydroxide、white carbon black、wollastonite、clay, etc), making the compatibility between modified inorganic fillers and polymer materials increase highly, thus improve
inorganic fillers’ dispersion, enhance the internal and external quality of polymer material products, enable it possess internal,
external lubricity and plasticization properties.
Fifth, applications
It is mainly fit for the production and processing of PVC soft and hard products and can improve the additive amount of calcium
carbonate by 20-30%; also it can apply to the production and processing of PP、PE and nylon.
Sixth, applications
1、 Dry kneading method: when materials’ temperature in kneader climbs to 60℃ and more, add the additivesat certai rate
into common inorganic fillers. The general addition is 1.5% and the dosage changes to 2.5%-3% in nanomaterials;
2、 Adding during producing: can directly add LD-300P in producing PVC, making the amount of CaCO3 by 30%,
the addition is 0.3-0.4% (in reference to the PVC amount);
3、 Treating inorganic fillers in water: add the additives in water of 40℃-80℃, after stirring and dissolution put it in the
inorganic filler synthesis reactor to mix、clad、filter press and bake evenly. The dosage rate is 1-2% of fillers’ amount.

Valid for two years under normal storage conditions
