Fourth, applications and notes

1、 This product is an excellent fiberglass treatment agent and can improve composite materials’ mechanical strength, 

electrical property and ageing resistance.

2、 This product is suitable for copolymer acid resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, melamine-formaldehyde resin, 

nylon, polysulfone and other FRP materials.

3、 FRP which has been treated by LD-550 can widely apply to mechanical parts, building material, pressure vessel 

and some reinforcing materials processing special applications.

4、 LD-550 can also be the adhesive when rubber and metal bond, in foundry industry it is used as the fortifier for

no-bake resin’s sand core.

5、 The practical fillers can be the composite silicon material of glass fiber, glass cloth, glass beads, white carbon black, 

talc, clay, mica, coal ash and clay. 

6、 This product should be stored at room temperature, valid for one year. The end product is packed by plastic drums of 

5Kg or 10Kg, special specifications need reserving in advance.
