Overview:The copolymer dispersant containing acid group has excellent wettability to pigment. For inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide, glass powder and metal powder, it has excellent viscosity reduction and dispersion ability, improves luster, and has excellent storage stability. It can eliminate the damage of alkaline pigment to polymerization inhibitor in PE system, improve the storage stability, have excellent thinning and anti sedimentation effect, And it has remarkable effect of preventing and greening.

Second, main properties and application effects
1, This product can highly effectively disperse inorganic pigments, also can achieve high filling volume and reduce the system viscosity.
2, PH value of LD-1211 is around 2.2, when adding into the primer system, it can effectively prevent the alkaline talcum powder from primer returning to the coarse caused by water.
3, Applying LD-1211 in PU, NC, PE primers can absolutely effectively prevent the fillers from precipitation. Especially under the applicable viscosity after attenuation, this product can keep fillers from sedimentation and keep the sediment soft, no-hardening for a long time, and is easy to stir which is rather convenient for furniture factory to use the primer.
4, When be used in putty, it can improve its storage stability. The storage stability and gel time of unsaturated PE is usually adjusted by poly resistance agents which commonly use phenolic, when this phenolic compound contacts alkaline substances, it will form phenol alkali salts which results in the lost of inhibitor effect. Normal fillers(except kaolin ) have a certain alkalinity, the greater its PH value is, the worse stability the putty made has, so with the addition of LD-1211, it can eliminate thus alkalinity to improve putty’s storage stability.
5, Can effectively disperse matte powder, glass powder, etc and help prevent from sedimentation.
