First, Introduction

Universal coating leveling agent LD-9108 is polyether modified silicone leveling agent. It is used in solvent type coating system. 

This product can lower surface tension effectively and improve system’s leveling.

1. Low consumption. Compared with similar products, it is more effective;

2. It has good  compatibility with all kinds of resin system and doesn’t lead to gloss reduction or any surface defect;

3. It can improve coating film’s surface slip sense. In addition, it also can improve mar resistance and anti-rub property.

Appearance: Colorless transparent liquid

Flash Point: 28℃

Density ( 25℃)：0.85-0.95

Solvent: Xylene

Third, Application

Consumption is 0.1-0.5% and can be added at any stage of production. 

The product is widely used in oil system under normal temperature.

Fourth, application areas

Widely applicable to dry solvent-based systems under normal temperature.
