First, summary

1. Appearance: colorless or light yellow transparent liquid

2. Solid content: 40±2%

3. PH: 6-8

4. Colloidal charge: non-ionic

5. Viscosity 25℃ mpa.s: 5000-8000

6. Specific gravity 25℃: 1.02-1.04

7. Application scope: waterborne coatings, waterborne adhesive, waterborne color paste and so on.

 

Second, performance feature

1. Strong association type, when low shear, it will perform high viscosity and strong pseudo-plasticity.

2. Excellent fluidity and leveling property.

3. Excellent dispersion to help wetting and dispersing the pigments in the formula.

4. Non-ionic, can not be influenced by the PH value in the system.

5. Have no bad effect on the gloss of the formulated products.

 

Third, attention

1. Associating thickening is affected by temperature. The lower temperature, the relatively higher viscosity. The higher temperature, the relatively lower viscosity. Temperature condition should be considered when designing the formula.

2. When being batch changed by thickening materials, the product should be experimented again to ensure the amount of the thickening agent.

3. The product will occur crystallization under low temperature, but the crystallization won’t influence the product’s performance. Once the crystallization occurs, the product should be heated to make it molten before using.

 

Forth, storage and deadline

It can be stored for one year in the original sealed package under temperature from 5℃ to 35℃.
