Third, overview
LD-3137 is diamino silane compound and shows alkalinity, which is especially suitable for vinyl resin paint, epoxy resin paint, polyurethane resin paint and can significantly improve adhesive force of coatings to coating surface, extremely effective to metal steel, copper, zinc and etc. Compared with LD-3127, it has higher activity, which makes glass fiber and glass cotton softer and higher bending strength.
Fourth, main applications
This product can be used as an additive, with which there is no need to use special coatings, only LD-3137 can make following systems presenting better adhesion performance.
RTV silicon resin and composite silane crosslinking sealant: LD-3137 with single, double component silane crosslinking sealant improve the adhesive force of various substrates including glass, steel, aluminum and concrete. When used as silylated polyurethane polymer, with SPURSM technology this silane can effectively improve the adhesive force of a series of plastic.
Polysulfide sealant: adding in single, double component polysulfide sealant enables LD-3137 provide good adhesion performance for various substrates including glass, aluminum and steel. General additive amount is 0.5-1.0% of the weight of sealants. This product has good dispersion and can get inner crack instead of interfacial crack. In addition, using LD-3137 can totally replace the primer which is used to promote the adhesive force between coating and coating surface.
Plastic paste sealant: when dealing with plastic paste sealant (0.5-1%), as the adhesive, LD-3137 can replace polyamine aldehyde compounds to enhance metal substrates’ viscosity. Besides increasing the strength, the appearance of plastic paste improved by silane is better than the one bonded by polyamine nylon. The plastic paste improved by LD-3137 is light color and has no bubble after curing.
As the additive of phenolic and epoxy module plastic: as the additive of which, LD-3137 can reduce the water absorption of module composite materials, thus it can improve product’s wet electrical property, especially under low frequency. What’s more, the strength at high temperature can get improved.
