Second, use characteristics
It has super wetting property and stability on silica.
It can rapidly decrease the system surface tension, wetting the surface of solid particles like pigments and fillers.
With the help of mechanical external force, it can make the particles of pigments and fillers fast disperse to their
original particle size, staying stable in the dispersed system.
It is non-toxic, environmental and can be biodegradable.
The slurry with it can be used in food packaging films, plastic goods and other industrial use.
If used in making flatting paste, it can greatly improve the content of flatting powder
Third, using method and amount
When it is used in finished ink or paint, the amount of silica is 1-10%.
When it is used in making flattering paste, the amount of dumbness light powder is 35-40%.
The reference formulas of dumbness light pulp without resin: 65% xylene,
10% LD-1938, 25% ED30 flattering powder. Disperse 30mins at a high speed.
The reference formulas of flattering paste with resin: 39 portion xylene,
9 portion LD-1938, 27 portion 60% dispersed resin and 25 portion flattering powder. Disperse 30mins at a high speed.
