Waterborne wetting dispersing agent LD-64192

(Similar to Tego 755W)

 

First, Summary

Pigments deflocculate is through steric hindrance by LD-64192. Deflocculated particles are very small, so gloss and color strength are enhanced. In addition, product transparency  and covering powder are increased. After dispersing, product viscosity is reduced so it improves leveling and pigments content.

Third, Recommended amount

Inorganic pigments:20%-30%

Titanium dioxide:10%-12%

Organic pigments:30%-75%

Carbon black:130%-150%

 

Fourth, Adding method and processing guide

To achieve performance, the additive should be added slowly to (under stirring)to grinded resins, cosolvent or emulsion resins mixture. When used for resin-free pigments concentration, before adding pigments, the additive mix even with water, and pigments should be added after the additive disperse completely.

 

Fifth, Application fields

Recommend: water pigments concentration, building coating, industry coating, automobile coating, woodware and furniture coating, anticorrosive paint and printing ink.

 

Sixth, Character and Advantage  

LD-64192 is best dispersing agent for producing flooding-free and floating-free general water coatings which are resin-free stable pigments concentration. To achieve performance, it is recommended only pigments,LD-64192 and water(no resin and cosolvent) are used for grinding. LD-64192 contains no organic solvent, which is only suitable for water system.
