First, main content
Main content: phosphoric acid modification resin with epoxy as main chain
Appearance: colorless to light yellow clear liquid
Effective content: 60%±2
Solvent: diethylene glycol monobutyl ether
Specific gravity: 1.03-1.08
Acid value: 60-80mg/KOH
Second, applicable areas
It is mainly used for alkyd amino stoving coatings, crylic acid amino stoving coating and other high temperature stoving systems. It is also suitable for medium temperature stoving single-component system or dual-component system.
Third, typical characteristics and usage
It improves adhesion force for inorganic materials hard to adhere to and chemical resistance of paint film. Applied inorganic material are: aluminum and aluminum alloy, zinc and alloy, cold roll steel sheets, stainless steel, electroplate, inorganic glass and other inorganic materials.
It improves flexibility, malleability, anti-corrosion property, water immersion resistance of paint film.
It has higher acid value, which has some sort of catalytic performance, but it does not affect storage and use performance of paintings.
Fourth, levels of addition and how to use
2-6% of total amount and add in the last stage and stir evenly in high speed.
Fifth, storage condition
Storage temperature is 0-40℃. It may freeze when it is below 5 ℃. The product should be stored in sealed containers in cool and ventilated place to avoid heat and fire source.
