Luminant LD-5701B
First. Overview
LD-5701B is a powder coating additive mainly composed of acrylate copolymer. Because it contains a certain number of polar genes, it has a good wetting effect on polar additives (such as pigments, fillers) and coated substrates (such as iron, aluminum and other metals) in powder coatings, thus effectively eliminating shrinkage and promoting leveling in the manufacturing and construction of powder coatings.

Third. Application and Performance
1. The main function of this product is to improve the anti-pollution of powder coatings and prevent the shrinkage of film.
2. This product is suitable for all kinds of powder coatings.
3. Usage: Add the product directly and mix it with other materials to extrude.
4. Dosage: 0.5-1.5% of the total powder. The specific dosage should be determined according to the test.
5. This product does not contain silicone, has no contamination, and does not affect the adhesion of re-coating.
6. LD-5701B contains a small amount of barium salt.
7. LD-5701B must be used in conjunction with leveling agent, not as leveling agent alone.
