I. Basic Performance
LD-5708 is a modified high branched wax. As a special hardener for powder coatings, it can improve the smoothness, scratch resistance and surface hardening of coatings.

Improve the scratch resistance and smoothness of the coating.
Increase the fluidity of coatings in spraying devices and ducts.
Improve the pollution resistance of the coating.
In the preparation of metal powder coatings, better results can be obtained by adding dry mixing method.
The combination of extrusion method and dry mixing method has better effect.
IV. Usage and dosage
Mix with other ingredients in the formulation in a high-speed mixer and then extrude through an extruder. The dosage is 0.5-1.5% of the total weight of the formula.
V. Packing and Storage Conditions
Kraft paper bags lined with polyethylene are packed in 25 kg net weight per bag.
Store in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture absorption. Close immediately after use. Avoid contact with other chemicals and keep away from fire sources.
Based on our experience, this product is valid for at least 2 years at storage temperature less than 32 C.
VI. Security
This product is non-irritating and avoids contact with skin and eyes. Protective measures should be worn during operation.
VII. Major Matters
Before formal use, customers should make necessary tests to determine the applicability and validity of specific formulations.
It is strictly forbidden to use this product directly in food and medicine.
