Third, Characteristics
① The anti settling agent is adsorbed on the surface of the pigment with a thin layer to prevent the pigment from agglomerating and precipitating.
② It is especially suitable for low viscosity coating system.
③ It can improve the floating color and blooming of mixed pigments.

Fifth, Usage
① Adding sequence: base material, ld-124m anti settling agent, pigment and filler. Disperse with dispersion equipment.
② When dispersing with high shear force equipment such as sanding mill, it is necessary to prevent its strong shearing effect. The anti settling agent on the surface of the pigment should be wiped off, and then stirred and mixed again after grinding to restore its anti settling effect.
③ It can be added into the prepared paint, but it must be thoroughly stirred to ensure its uniform dispersion, and can be applied after storage and aging for one day. This addition method is often used when there is obvious Precipitation Tendency after paint production.
④ The amount of anti settling agent can delay the formation of excessive flow. A small amount of butanol, glycol ether and other solvents can be added, and the amount of drying agent can be increased to improve the late drying property of the coating.
⑤ Use of drying agent for amino resin: it can reduce the baking film-forming temperature of amino alkyd, but it can not be used much, so as not to affect the adhesion.
⑥ Use of polyurethane coating catalyst: can slightly increase the service life, but also can not be used much, affect the adhesion.
⑦ As a "thickener", the anti settling agent can effectively prevent the viscosity increase caused by the thickening of lithopone.
