Fourth, Product characteristics
1. The greatest advantage of this product is that it can modify and disperse fillers in hot-melt road marking paint, and it also has a temperature resistance of 240 ℃ without discoloration. LD-1182 can be used in oven at 240℃ for 2 hours without changing its red color. It is most prominent in hot-melt road marking paint.
2. The product is stable, light-colored, non-toxic and tasteless. It has high synergistic stability and lubricity. It has less additions, no dilution and is easy to use.
3. This product can greatly increase the filling amount of inorganic fillers in resin (plastic, rubber, paint and other composite products), significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties of products, such as tensile strength, impact strength, breaking elongation, reduce system viscosity, improve processing performance, reduce energy consumption and production costs.
Firth, usage method
1. The packing was predried at 100-110 ℃ to remove the free water, and the time was determined according to the free water content of the packing. (control packing moisture ≤ 0.3%, the normal time is 2-5 minutes).
2. Add the dry packing to the kneading machine and knead at 100-120 ℃ for 5-10 minutes. However, attention should be paid to stearic acid, organic alcohols, such as carboxyl, hydroxyl components. The filler should be modified by dispersant for 3-5 minutes (usually 1 minute before discharge).
Sixth, Matters for attention
1,The dosage of this product should be appropriate. For plastics, it is recommended that soft and hard products formed by injection or extrusion should be 0.8-1.2% of fillers, 0.6-1.3% of carbon black and 1.5-2.0% of fillers with high specific surface or high active surface, such as Al(OH)3.
2, There should be a small amount of synergist such as hard ester acid in the formulation of the product, and the amount of the synergist is generally 0.5-0.8% of the filler content.
3,This product should be waterproof, moisture-proof, fire-proof, set in a dry place, as soon as possible after unsealing or re-sealed storage. The storage period is 10 months.
