Product use
LD-81 hammer and orange auxiliaries can be used in all kinds of waterborne coatings, which can give the paint ideal pattern effect. Compared with traditional hammer and orange auxiliaries, LD-81 hammer and orange auxiliaries can produce stronger three-dimensional pattern. It can be used in aluminium powder paint and common colored paint.

1. Viscosity and thixotropy
The construction viscosity and thixotropy of the paint system play a key role in the pattern appearance of the sprayed hammer paint. When construction, try to be more viscous. 2. The influence of the amount of hammer auxiliaries on the pattern
Generally speaking, the larger the amount of hammer auxiliaries added, the finer the pattern will be, and the more concave and convex the pattern will be. The smaller the amount of hammer auxiliaries added, the larger the pattern, but the weaker the concave-convex feeling.
3. Construction Impact
Thickness of paint film, nozzle diameter of spraying gun, air pressure in spraying time and space, distance between nozzle and workpiece, spraying speed and uniformity of spraying gun movement during spraying head all affect the pattern effect.
4. Process influence
Hammer paint in the construction, because hammer auxiliaries will strongly reduce the surface tension, but also very incompatible with the system. Therefore, it may cause bottom exposure, shrinkage and other phenomena. It is suggested that hammer primer should be sprayed on the base material without hammer auxiliaries before the same color primer is dried, or a thin base color should be sprayed before the normal orange hammer primer <wet-touch process> can be sprayed by dry spraying.
