Third,Application effect and method

It is mainly used for dispersing organic pigments and carbon black in high polarity solvent system (alcohol and ester system) ink and paint. The specific anchor group and special unfolding chain can make the pigment quickly wet in the organic solvent medium and firmly adsorb on the pigment surface to form a protective layer to prevent the re aggregation of the dispersed pigment particles. Thus, the viscosity of the dispersion system is significantly reduced and the grinding time is greatly shortened. The obtained pigment dispersion (grinding fluid) has high pigment content, high coloring power, high gloss, excellent anti flocculation stability and dispersion stability. Because the coloring power of pigment can be increased by more than 20% (the coloring power of carbon black can be increased by more than 70%), the grinding energy consumption can be reduced by 30%, and the production efficiency can be doubled, the production cost of ink or paint can be reduced. And make ink or paint film smoother, higher gloss, appearance more clear.

 

Forth, consumption

10% - 30% of the amount of organic pigment and 15% - 45% of the amount of carbon black are added in the grinding process.

25kg or 50kg plastic bucket / iron bucket; sample 80ml.
