Third, Performance characteristics

 

1. Strong association type, high viscosity at low temperature, strong pseudoplasticity

2. Excellent liquidity, leveling

3. Excellent dispersibility and dispersibility of the pigment in the formulation help

4. It is non-ionic and its performance is not affected by the pH value of the system

5. It has no adverse effect on the gloss of formula products

 

Fourth, Precautions

 

1. Association thickening is affected by temperature. The viscosity is higher at low temperature and lower at high temperature. The temperature condition should be considered when designing the formula.

2. When the batch of thickened raw material is changed, the test shall be conducted again to determine the amount of thickener.

3. The product will crystallize at low temperature, and the crystallization will not affect the product performance. Once crystallization occurs, the crystal must be heated to melt before it can be used.

 

Fifth, Storage and life

 

In the temperature range of 5 ℃ - 35 ℃, it can be stored in the original closed package for one year.
