Leveling Agent LD-9602

First,Overview

LD-9602 is a kind of degassing leveling agent, which can be used in non-aqueous coatings, liquid coating systems, powder coatings and powder coatings.

 

Due to its chemical structure, LD-9602 improves the surface tension of the coating. LD-9602 can eliminate or reduce shrinkage cavity, fish eye and orange peel. It can improve leveling, dispersion and anti blooming ability, avoid gas residues in the paint film, and strengthen the wetting of the substrate.

Third,Properties

LD-9602 is also very useful for the production of powder paint or powder paint resin. It is recommended to mix 9 parts of polyester resin and 1 part of LD-9602 to prepare masterbatch. After melting, homogenization, cooling and granulation, the masterbatch is completely mixed and directly used in the premixed extrusion process. It can avoid the defects of silicon leveling agent. In particular, the powder coating with excellent leveling property and weather resistance can be produced.
