Waterborne Defoamer LD-208

(Similar to BASF F111 or Cognis F111)

 

First, Product Overview

LD-208 is general type high cost performance mineral defoaming agent, which is applied for water coatings, water oils, emulsion polymerization and paper coatings.

 

Second, Typical Technical Data

Component: hydrophobic particles, emulsifier and modified mineral oil

Appearance: yellow liquid

Density (25℃)：0.8-0.9 g/ml

Viscosity(25℃)：100-800 mPa.s

Effective content：100%

 

Third, Product Performance and Application

LD-208 is suitable for emulsion type coating, oil, adhesives and so on.

Long time storage stability and no stratification

Quick defoaming effect and good durability

No organic silicon, good compatibility  

Suggested adding amount is 0.2-0.5% of total formula

 

Fourth, Product packing and Storage

Storage stability: at least 24 months in sealed condition in shady and cool and ventilate place. There will be solidification when it meets cold, it can melt in room temperature, but direct heating is forbidden.

25KG and 50KG plastic barrel packing.
