Second,product presentation
LD-240 defoamer is a defoaming agent used in the formulation of waterborne coatings. Can be widely used in varnishes and paint formulations. It is especially suitable for emulsion system. Such as pure acrylic emulsion system, styrene-acrylic emulsion system and so on. Used in high solid containing transparent coatings, architectural coatings, printing ink and varnish, wood and furniture coatings, industrial futility, leather topcoat and automotive paint, etc.

Used in water-based formulation;
It is especially suitable for application in pure acrylic emulsion system, styrene acrylic emulsion system, vinyl and EVA emulsion system;
It is also suitable for mixing systems, epoxy and water-borne systems.
It can be widely used in varnish and paint formulation.
Especially suitable for air-free spraying formulation, to prevent microbubbles, high efficiency.
Fourth, Product application
Recommended dosage of architectural coatings for total formulation design: 0.2-0.8%
Recommended addition of high solid transparent coatings to total formulation: 0.5.1.5%
Recommended additions of printing ink and varnish to total formulation: 0.1-0.5%
Recommended addition of wood and furniture coatings to total formulation: 0.2-0.8%
Recommended dosage of industrial coatings for total formulation design: 0.1-0.5%
Recommended addition of automotive paint to total formulation: 0.1-0.8%
Fifth, usage method
Additives must be mixed with high shear stress; stir before use; predilute with recommended solvents will facilitate addition and mixing.
Sixth, Storage packaging
25KG, 50KG and 200KG plastic drums are packed. The unpacked original package is stored for 12 months without freezing.
