Wetting and dispersing agent for water-based and solvent based paint systems and printing inks. It can be used for all pigment concentrates from non-polar to water-based systems.

Product features

LD-1182 makes pigment deflocculate through steric stabilization. Because the particle size of the deflocculating pigment is small, it can obtain high luster, improve the tinting power, and improve the transparency or hiding power. LD-1182 has excellent viscosity reduction effect. Due to the reduction of system viscosity, the fluidity is improved, and the content of pigment can be increased.

 

Recommended dosage

It is 10% - 20% of the amount of inorganic pigment, 15% - 30% of the amount of organic pigment, and 30% - 50% of the amount of carbon black. It is added in the grinding process.

 

Usage method

In order to obtain the best performance, the additives must be added to the abrasive first, and the pigments can only be added after the additives are completely dispersed and uniform.

 

Packing

25KG or 50KG plastic bucket/iron bucket; The sample is 80ml.

Storage

Store in a cool and dry place for one year.
