Density: About 1.02 g / ml (20 ℃)

Solid content: 29-31%

Recommended dosage

Inorganic pigment: 10-15%

Titanium dioxide: 5-6%

Organic pigment: 30-90%

Carbon black: 70-140%

 

Third, Features:

The dispersion efficiency of LD-1060 may be affected by some highly treated organic pigments. In this case, better dispersion effect may be obtained by using the same type of pigment without surface treatment. When LD-1060 is used in coil steel coating, possible interaction with acid catalyst must be considered. At this time, compared with pure acidic groups and epoxy terminated acidic groups, the influence of amine terminated acidic groups is greater.

LD-1060 prevents the flocculation of pigment by establishing a space barrier effect between pigment particles. It can impart isoelectric point to pigment particles and prevent flocculation of non isoelectric pigments. It is possible to keep the minimum particle size of the pigment without flocculation, thereby achieving higher gloss and higher coloring strength, and improving transparency and hiding power. LD-1060 can reduce the viscosity of the grinding system, improve the leveling property and increase the pigment concentration of the color paste.
