Wetting dispersant without VOC and solvent, used for water-based paint system, wood paint, ink-jet, printing ink and adhesive. Suitable for resin free pigment concentrate. Suitable for all kinds of pigments.

Features and Benefits

The additive can deflocculate the pigment by stabilizing the steric hindrance. Because the particle size of the deflocculating pigment is small, it can obtain high gloss and improve color intensity. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are also improved. Due to the reduction of viscosity, the flowability is improved and the content of pigment can be increased.

 

Recommended use

The additive is particularly suitable for the production of stable resin free pigment concentrate with pigment content of 30-60%. These pigment concentrate can be used for the mixing of standard water-based base materials, such as acrylic dispersion or water-soluble acrylic resin. Very versatile.

 

Adding method and processing guidance

Grinding can only be carried out in water (without resin, amine and cosolvent). Mix the auxiliary agent with water, and then add the pigment after the auxiliary agent is fully dispersed and uniform.

 

Storage and packaging

25KG, 50KG and 200KG plastic drums.

Store in a cool and dry place. When unopened, the storage period is 2 years.
