Super Dispersant LD-6471

Product Description

Polymer type super dispersant, with strong dispersibility and stability, good viscosity reduction, and prevent floating color and blooming. It can be used to manufacture resin free color paste, color paste and color chip. Suitable for wetting and dispersion of all pigments and fillers such as solvent-free and water-based systems. It is an ideal dispersant for metal oxides and also the preferred dispersant for organic pigments that are difficult to disperse, such as polycyclic and phthalocyanine pigments.

Product characteristics

Suitable for resin free pigment grinding system.

Suitable for water-based high concentration color paste system.

It is especially used for dispersion of ultra-fine carbon black and organic pigment.

Greatly reduce the viscosity of abrasive and maintain the stability of color paste.

Improve the fineness, brightness and hiding power of the abrasive.

It is especially suitable for phthalocyanine blue and phthalocyanine green pigments that are difficult to disperse.

Usage

First, add dispersant and stir it evenly, then add abrasive evenly, and then add pigment and disperse it at high speed. (Good dispersion stability)

 

Storage and packaging

25KG and 50KG plastic drums.

Store in a cool and dry place. When unopened, the storage period is 2 years.
