First, physical and chemical indicators

Appearance: colorless transparent liquid

Specific gravity: 0.88g/ml

Thermal decomposition temperature: 300℃

Congealing point: 5-10℃

Kinematic viscosity: 26-28mpa.s(40℃)

Second, application range

It is suitable for the surface activity modification treatment of all hyperfine and nanometer inorganic fillers (for example: light、heavy calcium carbonate、magnesium hydrate、aluminium oxide、barium sulfate) or pigments(aluminium、titanium dioxide), and can function directly as dispersant and anti-settling agent in organic coating and printing ink products.

Third, usage and dosage

1、 Modified treatment by dry process: after mixing and heating powder materials in 

high-speed kneader, add metrological coupling agent directly or in spray form, stir at high speed to reach the treatment 

performance; or add this product in lapping and comminution process of powder producing, proceeding the surface 

modification treatment in mechanical chemical way.

2、 Overall admixture: add coupling agent when fillers and polymers compound during the producing process of plastic 

and rubber and the feeding order should be fillers, coupling agent and small quantity of plasticizer first, then add other 

components, finally can form the composite materials after moulding processing.

3、 As dispersant it can be directly used in the producing of coating、printing ink、pigment, etc.

4、 The reference dosage of coupling agent is 0.5-2%, but the specific dosage is determined by types of fillers and products, 

production process and quality requirements.
