Third, Technical Feature

It is suitable for all kinds of inorganic filler. Improving modified inorganic filler and polymer material’s greatly. It also 

improves inorganic filler’s dispersion and inner and exterior quality of polymer material products. In a word, it has 

functions like internal and external lubrication、plasticization.

Fourth, Application

1. It is suitable for soft/rigid PVC products production and processing, it can improve 

20-30% calcium carbonate adding amount. What’s more, it can be used for production of PP, PE and nylon.

2. Used in polyester, epoxy type powder coating for inorganic filler’s   modified property such like BaSO4、

CaCO3. Improving 20-30% inorganic filler amount、leveling、powder utilization、product quality and lowering product cost. 

Fifth, Application

1. Drying kneading: When material temperature up to above 60℃, adding the product into general inorganic filler as per ratio, 

the addition amount is 1.5%, 2.5-3% in nanometer materials.

In soft PVC product:

Inorganic filler、PVC———kneading in kneader———normal production

LD-200P、DOP———kneading in kneader———normal production

In soft plastic production, LD-200p can be added together with DOP and the rate is 3-5% of plasticizer.

2. Add in the process of production: In the process of PVC proximate matter, add the product directly, the CaCO3 can be 

improved up to 30%, the adding amount is 0.3-0.4( calculate as per last PVC amount)

Sixth, Storage

Valid date is two years in normal storage condition.
