First, main technical indexes

Appearance: white or light yellow solid

Melting point: ≥37℃

Solubility：soluble in isopropanol, methylbenzene, dimethylbenzene, white oil and so on, hydrolyze in water

Second, main usage

It is inorganic material surface treating agent with extremely good performance, and it has good reaction activity, dispersabilit and heat stability to treat fillers, it solves tacky and yellowing problems of other coupling agents(aluminic acid ester) treatment

to fillers, especially nanometer ultramicron material.

1. There is no bubbling in polyethylene film & film blowing, and fillers are easy to disperse.   

2. For fillers, it improves shock resistance and elongation of PP, PE, and PVC; and reduces melt viscosity and improves heat 

stability, surface cleanness and size stability of compound materials.  

3. It improves tear resistance in rubber especially for fluororubber and silicon rubber.

4. For paint, it improves solid filling quantity, reduces viscosity, improves abrasion resistance and erosion resistance, reduce 

burning temperature and time.  

5. It improves magnetic content of magnetic recording material, to make magnetic recording material with better flow and paint 

ability. 

Third, how to use

1. Pre-drying the fillers in 100-110℃ to remove free moisture, and time is according to the content of free moisture.( free moisture content is controlled ≤0.3%, 2-5minutes)

2. Stir the dry fillers in kneader for 5-10 minutes in  120-140℃, and notice content of  stearic acid organic alcohol with 

carboxyl and alkyl.

Add it in 3-5minutes, when coupling agent has activation modification reaction to fillers (generally 1 minute before finish).

Fourth, notice

Pay attention to heat dissipation after filler modification, or it will turn yellow.
