First, characteristics 

There is hydrogen bonding between this agent and surface hydroxyl of wood powder and bamboo powder; it can remove 

powder surface hydroxyl, to make the surface stable. Also there is strong interface bonding between plastic and wood powder 

and bamboo powder, so as to improve compatibility and dispersability of wood powder and resin, to make wood & plastic 

compound material foam even, and improves force performance.

Second, physical feature

Appearance: light yellow transparent liquid

Density(30℃): 0.93-0.97g/ml

Heat integration temperature(℃): ≥300

Solubility: soluble in ethanol, isopropanol, solvent oil and organic solvents, form stable emulsion with water

Third, how to use & use level

1. Put the dried wood & bamboo powder in working high-speed mixer, form LD-140 or LD-141 coupling agent to 1:1 ethanol solution, metered dose to wood & bamboo powder in normal temperature.

2. After mixing coupling agent for 5-10 minutes, add other additives according to original formula and operate 

according to original process. 

3. Use level for reference: 1%-3% of wood & bamboo powder weight, specific amount is decided by mesh number 

of wood & bamboo powder and laboratory use.

Fourth, packing and storage

1. Inner packing is 5KG plastic barrel and outer packing is multi-layer corrugated paper box, 20KG/carton. 

Packing can be made according to customers’ requirements.

2. It should be sealed and placed in cool and dry place, and storage period is one year.
