First, Introduction
LD-401 is phosphate polymer. It has oxidation resistance and flame retardanc. It is hard to have exchange reaction with ester.
It can used as flame retardant and antioxidant. It has good adhesion to inorganic materials like metal and glass;
For coating application, it has functions such like catalytic solidify and lower baking temperature.

Third, Usage and Features
1. Used in unsaturated polyester frp, it can improve glass fiber reinforced plastics mechanical properties and anti-aging;
2. When used in high solid content titanium dioxide/argil and epoxy coatings, it can reduce titanium dioxide and solvent dosage,
increase argil filler. At the meanwhile, it doesn’t change system viscosity and increase adhesive force to glass and metal;
3. Improve most pigment/filler’s amount and coating luster in saturated and unsaturated polyester. It also improves acrylic
resin coating’s abrasion resistance.
4. Improve most pigment/filler’s dispersion in poly acetate vinyl alcohol latex paint, abrasion resistance in filler and coatings.
What’s more, it can improve high barite powder’s dispersion in chlorinated rubber;
5. On one hand, it can improve melamine resin’s adhesivity to steel、iron、aluminum、tin、brass and inorganic materials.
On the other hand, it improves polyester、polyurethane and epoxy resin’s adhesivity to mild steel.
6. Used for treating inorganic filler like metal powder to improve filler’s dispersion and anti-sink.
Fourth, Usage and Consumption
Adding the product at the grinding stage, the volume is 0.5-0.8%f of total pigment/inks amount. The optimal dosage depends on different systems and color varieties.
Fifth, Application Scope
It is suitable for solvent type and waterborne coatings (grind it at high speed and make it Emulsion Dispersed in the water,
or disperse it by adding surfactant or hydrophilic cosolvent).
