First, summary

The product is a new type of chelating phosphate titanium coupling agent quaternary ammonium salt, and it is the best 

high-performance water-soluble titanate coupling agent at present in our country. Its applied range is wide and has an obvious effect, particularly 

effective to magnetic particle dispersion. And it is the best additive in producing active calcium(light calcium).

Third, composition

It is a kind of more active group chelating titanium phosphate ester coupling agent which is similar to American KR-238S.

Fifth, dosage

0.5-2.5% of the weight of pigments, fillers or magnetic powders. Recommended dosage is 

1-1.5%. And the best dosage depends on experiment.

Sixth, application range 

Magnetic material: magnetic powder, magnetic ink, magnetic tape, magnetic disc, magnetism and so on;

Magnetic plastic, magnetic rubber, magnetic coatings, magnetic ink, waterproof paint or waterborne coatings, dye, 

filler modification.

It is the best choosed additive to help light calcium produce active calcium.

Seventh, characters

It can make active calcium have high padding in rubber and plastic and the performance is excellent;

It can increase the padding of magnetic powder to improve magnetic intensity;

It is benefit to the affinity between magnetic powder, pigments, or fillers and carrier to improve adhesive force and intensity;

It can be mixed with water under any proportion. It is not only appropriate for waterborne products but also for oil soluble products.

The product can be stored for a long time and is superior to every coupling agent.

Eight, usages 

Diluted by solvent ≥1:1, the product needs to be sprayed uniformly in the pigments or fillers which are stirred at a high speed 

(the product doesn’t need heating from outside ). 

It needs stirring for 5-15 minutes (the concrete time depends on rotational speed and dispersion effect ), 

then it can be discharged for reserve or be added with other additives or carriers.

If it is used to grind, the diluted product should be added before grinding. Only adopt the above method will make grinding 

more effective.

What’s more, it also can be diluted and soaked by water. Then it can be dehydrated or not dehydrated to be the solvent of 

the formular. To produce pigments and fillers in a wetting way, it can be added in the productive period to take part in the reaction.

In light calcium production, the product needs to be added at hydrolysis period and takes part in carbonization.

Choices of solvent:

Liquid paraffin(white oil), megilp, machine oil, sopropanol, alcohol and water  

Ninth, attentions

Pigments or fillers which are disposed at a high speed, heat dissipation should be noticed if they are discharged for reserve.

The product has a high viscosity (especially in winter), so before using, it should be heated in water bath. When the temperature

＞50℃, the viscosity will descend quickly.

The product should be stored in a mothballed place under normal temperature. Shelf life is 3 years.
