Fifth，Usage and Consumption

LD-1029 dosage is 0.2-1% of inorganic pigment amount, 1-30% of organic pigment, 3-40% of carbon black amount.

Calculate the consumption of LD-1029 dispersant as per pigment in the formula. Then match the LD-1029 

with solvent into dispersion liquid, using the liquid to wet the pigment, mixing evenly by adding resin at a high speed.

Adding the pigment or filler and mixing well, grinding to the fixed fineness.

The equipments like sand mill, roller mill and ball mill are all suitable.
