First, typical material

Appearance: light yellow transparent liquid

Odour: with alcohols solvent odour

Flash point(closed) ℃: 12

Pour point℃: -50

Boiling point(normal pressure) ℃: 80

Density(25℃): 1.0

Viscosity(25℃): 27

Ti content%: 8.7

Solubility: soluble in most organic solvent, IPA and ethyl alcohol are more ideal, react and

resolve in water.

Second, usage

This product is especiallyapplicable for solvent ink and paint, which can improve adhesive

force to all kinds of plastic films, aluminum foil and other base materials, and thermal

resistance, chemical resistance and water resistance of coating. It can also be used for

crosslinking of some certain hydroxy polymer, compound adhesion between BOPP film

and multi-layer coextrusion film.

Third, instructions

Additive amount is generally 2-5% of resin solid content.

Finally, add LD-TA10 when system temperature is under 40℃, packing after mixing

uniformly.

Fourth, storage condition and guarantee period

Keep off the sun, keep ventilate, cool and dry. It can dissolve and go bad absorbing the

water in the air. So the barrel cover must be sealed well to keep away from air. Guarantee

period of original packing is 1 year, products overdue cannot be used unless tested good.
