First, summary
LD-3157 is water based coating promotion adhesive which is applied for metal substrate on basis of new technology. It can increase metal substrate adhesive force, film flexibility, boiled resistance, ductility and fog resistance greatly.
Second, typical characteristics
Appearance: yellow transparent liquid
Solid content: 60%±2
PH value: 5-6
Acid value: 60-90mg/KOH
Solvent: two ethylene glycol butyl ether
Good compatibility with main body resin and the recommended additive amount is 2-6% of the paint amount.
Third, effect mechanism
Attachment group and metal surface interact each other so that adhesion promoter can have good direction on substrate to improve adhesion.
1. Precoating plate through tensile, bending and calendering.
2. Decrease scratch corrosion, like after salt spray test or water immersion test.
There is a large amount of substrate reaction groups in adhesion promoter, they are easy to have crosslinking reaction with hydroxy in substrate system.
Fourth, applicable areas
Suitable for coil coatings, canmaking paint, anti-theft door and automobile paint, spraying, dipping and showering are all appropriate.
Suitable for polyurethane, acrylic acid and epoxy phenolic systems, etc..
Fifth, storage conditions
The product should be stored in sealed containers to avoid frozen and high temperature and it is suggested the normal storage temperature is 5-35℃. The valid storage life is 12 months from the date of packing.
