Third, usage
1.For baking paint, it can lower baking temperature and improve coating film’s water-resistance and hardness;
2.For marine coatings, it can prevent microorganism adsorption;
3.It can improve adhesion of coatings and inks;
4.It can improving mill base’s anti-aging, anti-sink and anti-floating function, also it doesn’t cause pig skin and agglomeration;
5.It can make titanium dioxide、lithopone、iron red and carbon black wet and immobilize metal affinity with polymer. Mixed well, it brings steady viscosity and same hue. It also can overcome the defects such like uneven surface of coating film and sag loss of light.
Fourth, usage and consumption
The product’s consumption is 0.5-2.0% of pigment or filler’s amount and it should be added before grinding. For the paint which has already expanded or gelatinized, we can add in with the dosage of about 0.3-0.5% of the total amount, then after mixed and grinded, the paint will return to normal.
