Second,product presentation
LD-220 is a molecular defoaming material with special defoaming mechanism. It is different from other common mineral oil and silicone oil based defoaming material. The defoamer also has the wetting effect which the traditional defoamer does not have. The LD-220 system adopts a special molecular structure defoaming material and a new mineral oil based compound which is not usually stratified by ordinary mineral oil-based defoamers during the storage period.

Compared with the common defoamer, the speed of breaking foaming is faster.
It has obvious effect on breaking fine bubble.

Fifth,usage method
LD-220 was added to 0.03-0.2% of the finished lacquer, and half of the lacquer was added in the grinding and painting stages respectively. Due to the difference of formulation and selected raw materials, the precise amount of defoamer should be determined by experiment.
Sixth, Storage packaging
Storage: this product is not dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable, sealed in indoor cool, ventilated, dry place. Before using, the container should be sealed strictly after each use.
Transport: this product should be sealed, moisture-proof, strong alkali, strong acid and anti-Rain Water and other impurities mixed in.
