First,Overview
The product is a dispersant with unique properties developed by our company, Shanghai Organic Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Southeast University and other famous institutes, which can replace Allnex Additol-vxw6208/60. It is the first creation in China.

Solvent, solvent-free and water-diluted pigment systems are used as polymeric non-ionic low-foam dispersed wetting agents.

Fourth,Special properties
LD-6830 is a dispersive wetting agent for inorganic, carbon black and filler.It has good compatibility with the system, good fluidity and luster, especially in filling pigments system to reduce the viscosity.Compatible with adhesives dissolved in aliphatic hydrocarbons.Because it does not contain carboxyl and hydroxyl, it is the preferred dispersant for water-borne paint and zinc-rich primer, especially for carbon black and inorganic pigments and fillers in solvent-based or water-borne systems.
Fifth, Recommended use
LD-6830 is mainly used as a wetting agent in solvent-free and solvent-based two-component epoxy systems.
LD-6830 is ground together with pigment filler, and the optimum addition amount of resin-free pigment paste is determined by the pigment: 3-6% inorganic pigment filler, 30-50% carbon black.
In the two-component epoxy system, the amount of wetting agent is added, and the amount of pigments and fillers is 1-5%.
Sixth,Packaging and Storage
The maximum temperature is 20 C. The original container is stored and packed stably with a shelf life of 2 years.
