2, Application Features
1, It is linear structure aliphatic acrylic polyurethane polymer dispersant containing multiple anchoring groups. It is more high-grade product than LD-1650.
2,It has extremely good wetting ability and stability to carbon black and other pigments. Especially in black paste,it has super good viscosity. The carbon black content can reach highly to 20% in black paste, meanwhile, the viscosity of paste is similar to which of monomer, no thickening phenomenon shown.
3, It has excellent weather resistance, excellent color showing, high gloss, good storage stability, also it is not easy to appear pig skin, can be used for high-end automotive coatings and weather resistant coating systems. Proved by experiments, the color development is better than similar foreign brand-name products.
4, It has good compatibility with most oily resin and is completely applicable for low, middle, high polar system.
5, It can participate in the film-forming reaction of coating system and will not affect the final performance.Hydrogen bonds are easily formed between LD-1651 and resin, so it has good anti settling and anti floating functions.

Can be used in the manufacture of high-quality paste and color paint

5-20% for inorganic pigments; 20-50% for organic pigments; 50-100% for carbon black
