First,Properties
Ingredients: high molecular weight unsaturated polycarboxylic acid polymer and polysiloxane copolymer solution
Activity Ratio: 50%
Solvent: Xylene, butyl alcohol
Appearance:yellow to red brown transparent liquid
Acid value: 60-70mgKOH/g
Second,Application features
1,Make the inorganic pigments and system pigments produce controlling flocculation to prevent flooding,
floating and hardening.
2,Because of its containing some polysiloxane copolymer, it can more effectively avoid film’s floating and flooding,
also it can help avoid the bernard vortex and thread, improve the order of extinction powder and aluminum powder.
3. It is applied for high and middle polarity systems, turbidity and loss of gloss will be caused by excessive amount
in medium and low polarity systems. It has good anti flooding effect in organic and inorganic compound system.
4. This dispersing agent relative molecular weight is higher, which can be matched use with other dispersing agents
with medium and low molecular weight. It should be added more when it is used alone for severe flooding system.
5. Under equivalent conditions, the test shows that the grinding effect is four times of BYK-P104S
and other similar products in titanium dioxide, medium chrome yellow, Phthalein dragonhead and carbon black compound.
Third, applications
Solvent paints, inks and color paste.
Fourth, additive amount
For organic pigments, 1-5% of total weight; for inorganic pigments, 5-10% of total weight.
Fifth, storage
It should be stored in cool and dry place and the storage period is one year.
